I just had my first wkend of class, and it was quite motivational and rewarding. Everyone was really nice and getting a chance to learn how to live/work/design with nature is just a bonus. Along with learning the information, there is also activities where you will be able to apply permaculture.

Minimizing your footprint while maximizing your food garden harvest using permaculture techniques.
Converting a lawn to a garden.
