What is your biggest pet peeve about society today?
The extent to which industries that don't produce anything useful (finance, advertising, etc.) make people lots of money.
What is your greatest source of hope in these times?
The creativity and drive of the energy research community.
How did you first hear about "peak oil"?
Reading on the Internet in about 2000-2001.
